How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent via e-mail after the order is placed. All orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service.
What are your delivery options?
All orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days. If you need your order to arrive sooner, please call our store at 425-505-2604 and we can express ship your order at an additional cost.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
What are the rules on Gift Certificates?
Gift certificates are redeemable in-store and online. Gift certificates do not expire. Gift certificates are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. There will be no replacement for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift certificates will be mailed directly to the shipping address provided unless an alternative address has been listed.
What is your return/exchange policy?
All returns and exchanges for online orders must be sent back or hand delivered to our store within 14 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached for a full refund. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. Any sale items being returned are eligible for store credit only.

All shipping costs for returns are at the expense of the customer and will not be refunded.
If you would like to make an exchange, please call our store at 425-505-2604 and we will put the new item on hold until your exchange has arrived in store. We will then process your exchange and send the new item or items back to you at no additional shipping charge.
